Medical buoy-type oxygen inhaler is widely used in medical and health, scientific research and production. It is connected with oxygen cylinders and needs to be loaded with distilled water to wet oxygen when used. There are two commonly used interfaces, one is inside G5/8 and the other is outside G5/8.


Operation method:

1. Add distilled water to the humidifying cup, the water level in the bottle body should not be higher than the upper water line, but should not be lower than the lower water line. It is forbidden to use normal saline instead.


2. Screw the big nut of the inhaler on the outlet joint of the oxygen cylinder valve, so that the pressure gauge and flowmeter are in vertical upward.


3. Before oxygen supply, insert the oxygen suction tube into the oxygen supply joint, and then turn the flow adjustment switch counterclockwise to open the origin, so that the floating ball rises slowly (the calibration line on the surface of the floating ball is the flow reading, the unit is l/min), and adjust the oxygen supply according to the need.


4. In the oxygen supply process of the inhaler, if the water in the inhaler bottle body is lower than the waterline, the flow adjustment switch should be closed in time, and the wet bottle body should be unscrewed, and distilled water should be added according to the requirements of the first paragraph of this item, and the inhaler bottle body should be screwed to continue the oxygen supply.


5. When the inhaler is not used, the inhaler air source should be turned off; If it is necessary to remove it, hold the inhaler by hand and then remove it (the unlocking method of different oxygen terminal sockets is explained by the engineering installation unit). Then pour out the water in the bottle for cleaning and disinfection, and store it in a non-corrosive and well-ventilated room).
