High purity acetylene gas C2H2 acetylene packing acetone
Use cylinder: 40L
Product Information:
1、Acetylene, C2H2, commonly known as wind coal or calcium carbide, is the smallest alkyne compound in volume and is mainly used in industrial applications, especially in welding metals.

2. Acetylene is a colorless, highly flammable gas at room temperature. Acetylene for industrial use contains impurities such as hydrogen sulfide and phosphine, and has a smell of garlic.

3. Pure acetylene is a colorless and odorless flammable gas. Acetylene made of carbide is toxic because it is mixed with H2S, PH3 and hydrogen arsenide, and has a special odor.

4, melting point -88°C, boiling point -28°C, relative density 0.6208 (-81/4 ℃), refractive index 1.00051, refractive index 1.0005 (0℃), flash point (open cup) -17.78℃, spontaneous combustion point 305℃. Explosion limits in air 2.3%-72.3% (vol).

5、Aliases: Acetylene filler acetone, Acetylene gas, C2H2 gas, High purity Acetylene gas, High purity Acetylene gas

Acetylene filler acetone

The simplest alkyne, called acetylene, is also known as calcium carbide. Structural formula H-C≡C-H, structural simplification CH≡CH, simplest formula (also known as experimental formula) CH, molecular formula C2H2, acetylene center C atom using SP hybrid. Electronic H: C┇┇C: H Acetylene molecular weight 26.04, gas specific gravity 0.91 (kg/m3), flame temperature 3150 ℃, caloric value 12800 (kcal/m3) in oxygen combustion speed 7.5, pure acetylene in air combustion about 2100 degrees, in oxygen combustion can reach 3600 degrees. Chemical properties are very active, can be addition, oxidation, polymerization and metal substitution and other reactions.

Gas safety tips:

1, inhalation acetylene: quickly from the scene to the fresh air. Keep airway open. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. If breathing stops, give artificial respiration immediately and seek medical advice.

2. Smoking is strictly prohibited at work site. Avoid repeated contact for a long time. When working in tanks, restricted Spaces or other high-concentration areas, someone must monitor them

C2H2 GAS

Acetylene is used for lighting, welding, and cutting metals (oxyacetylene flame). It is also a basic raw material in the manufacture of acetaldehyde, acetic acid, benzene, synthetic rubber, and synthetic fibers.

Acetylene burns to produce high temperatures, and oxyacetylene flames can reach temperatures of around 3,200 ℃, and are used for cutting and welding metals. Supply the right amount of air, can be completely burned to give out bright white light, in the electric lamp is not popular or there is no electricity can be used as lighting source. Acetylene is chemically active and can react in addition with many reagents.

Acetylene is the most important raw material for organic synthesis and is still one of the important raw materials. Such as hydrogen chloride, hydrocyanic acid, acetic acid addition, can be generated to produce polymer raw materials.

Acetylene in different conditions, can have different polymerization, respectively to produce vinyl acetylene or divinyl acetylene, the former and hydrogen chloride addition can get the raw material of neoprene 2-chloro-1, 3-butadiene.

Benzene can be formed by ring tripolymerization of acetylene at 400 ~ 500℃. Using Ni(CN)2 as catalyst, cyclooctetetraene was synthesized at 50℃ and 1.2 ~ 2 mpa.

Acetylene is decomposed into carbon and hydrogen at high temperature, from which acetylene black can be prepared. Under certain conditions acetylene polymerization to benzene, toluene, xylene, naphthalene, anthracene, styrene, indene and other aromatic hydrocarbons.

Through substitution and addition reactions, a series of highly valuable products can be produced.

For example, acetylene dimerization generates vinyl acetylene, and then reacts with hydrogen chloride to get chloroprene;

Acetylene filler acetone

Acetylene is directly hydrated to produce acetaldehyde;

Vinyl chloride is prepared by addition reaction of acetylene and hydrogen chloride.

Acetylene reacts with acetic acid to produce ethylene acetate.

Acetylene and hydrogen cyanide reaction to get acrylonitrile;

Acetylene reacts with ammonia to form methylpyridine and 2-methyl-5-ethylpyridine;

Acetylene reacts with toluene to form diphenylethylene, which is further catalyzed to form three isomers of methyl styrene:

Acetylene and a molecule of formaldehyde condensation for propargyl alcohol, and two molecules of formaldehyde condensation for butanediol;

The addition reaction of acetylene and acetone can produce methyl alkynol, and then react to produce isoprene;

Acetylene reacts with carbon monoxide and other compounds (such as water, alcohol, mercaptan) to prepare acrylic acid and its derivatives.
